Lemonade Box is a monthly subscription service, specialising in self-care. We deliver 5-6 high-quality, handpicked products from local businesses and global brands, straight to your door. All items are cruelty-free and undergo in-house quality control. Each box is expertly curated to reduce stress and encourage self-care, mindfulness and positive thinking.

I want to sign up to Lemonade Box, are there any extra fees?

No, there are no extra fees. Your subscription comes with free delivery to the UK, so you will never have to pay for this - or any extras we may provide in the subscription box. However, if you are buying from outside of the UK, there will be an additional charge of £13.00 for delivery.

Is Lemonade Box available outside the UK?

Of course! However, please bear in mind that subscriptions outside the UK will include an additional charge of £13.00 for delivery and may take a little bit longer to reach you. 

Can I buy a box as a gift?

You most certainly can! Lemonade Box is the perfect gift for any occasion. You can even write a personalised message for them to read when their box is shipped, which can be done via the notes section at checkout! 

I just signed up, what's the next step?

Welcome to the family! Every month, we aim to ship all orders placed on or before the 11th of the month. Any orders placed on or after the 11th are shipped within 2 business days. Due to high demand and to ensure that you are not charged twice within a short space of time, any orders made on or after the 18th of the month are pre-orders & will be dispatched on or before the 11th of the following month. Please note that this does mean if you order on or after the 18th of the month, you will receive the following month’s box, as opposed to the month of your original order. For reassurance while you’re counting down the days, you can check your inbox or our social media sites for regular updates on dispatch and delivery.

What can I expect in my Lemonade Boxes?

Although each box is intended to be a surprise, you can expect to find 5-6 unique, high-quality products from local businesses and global brands. Are the items in each monthly box different?

Yes. Every month, you will receive a box with items that differ from those received in the previous months.

When will I receive my box?

To ensure you get your first box as soon as possible, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order (if you have not ordered during a pre-order). For the remainder of your subscription plan, boxes will be charged on the 28th of the month prior to the next box and dispatched on or before the 11th of every month following the payment.

When will my monthly direct debit be taken and can I change the date?

To ensure you receive your box as soon as possible, your payment for your first box will be taken as soon as you make your order. For the remainder of your plan, payments will be taken on the 28th of every month. As we want to make sure your boxes get to you on time, the date of payments can unfortunately not be changed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Please note - this must be done before the 27th of the month if you do not wish to receive any more boxes. If you are subscribed to a 6 or 12 month plan, you cannot cancel your plan half way through but you can cancel to avoid the plan renewing further.

Something in my box was damaged, what do I do?

Occasionally, you may receive a delicate product which could get damaged on its way to you. If this is the case, please feel free to email us at: with a photo of the item and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
