Our subscribe page is kept up to date daily and you can find the expected dispatch date at the top of the subscribe page, in the header.

When signing up for a subscription you will either be ordering during a pre-order or ordering whilst that months box is active. 

If you order during a pre-order, your first box will ship on or before the 11th of the month. Preorders for the next month begin on the 25th of the month and end once the first batch have shipped on or before the 11th of the month. 

For example, if you order on the 27th of August this would be a pre-order for the September box and your first box will ship on or before the 11th of September. 

Alternatively, if you order after the first batch of boxes have shipped and on or before the 24th of the month your first box will ship within 2 business days. 

For example, if you order on the 14th of September, your first box will ship within 2 business days.

Going forwards on a monthly basis, your boxes will ship between the 1st and the 11th of every month. 

In order for us to ship your box, the payment must process successfully. The recurring payment is taken on the 28th of the month. If this payment fails, it will be attempted 7 more times before your subscription automatically expires.

All monthly subscriptions are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail within the UK. This service usually takes 3-5 business days. 

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked service. Once orders arrive overseas, the parcel will be passed to one of your local couriers.

Orders over 2kg, placed in our shop will be shipped with Evri or seperated into sepereate parcels and shipped as normal with Royal Mail.

Subscription delivery - Free to the UK.

Orders under £40 in the shop - £3.50 to the UK.

Orders over £40 in the shop - Free to the UK.

International delivery costs vary depending on where you are sending to. Please enter your full address at checkout and check the shipping costs before you checkout.
