Lemonade Box is a monthly subscription box service, specialising in self-care. At Lemonade Box, we aim to provide you with a box of pamper treats that leave you feeling incredible inside and out.
We offer both the Lemonade Box Deluxe (containing 5-6 items)
and the Lemonade Box Mini (containing 3 items) each month. All boxes contain a variety of high-quality pamper products - handpicked from local businesses and global brands.
All items featured in our boxes are strictly cruelty-free and undergo in-house quality control.
No, there are no extra fees on our subscription plans. Your subscription comes with free delivery to the UK, so you will never have to pay for this - or any extras we may provide in the subscription box.
However, if you are buying from outside of the UK, there will be an additional charge for delivery. Delivery fees are calculated and added at checkout once you have inputted your address.
In addition, for deliveries outside the UK you may have to pay customs or tax once your box has arrived. This payment is made to the courier company and is sadly outside of our control.

To order as a gift, visit our subscribe page & checkout as normal with their details.
At checkout you can also leave them a note which will be emailed to the recipient once their first box has been dispatched.
Welcome to the family! Every month, we aim to ship our first batch of boxes on or before the 11th of the month. Any orders after this are then shipped within 2 business days.
Due to high demand and to ensure that you are not charged twice within a short space of time, any orders made on or after the 24th of the month are pre-orders for the following month & will be dispatched on or before the 11th of the following month.
Please note that this does mean if you order on or after the 25th of the month, you will receive the following month’s box, as opposed to the month of your original order.

Although each box is intended to be a surprise, you can definitely expect to find high-quality products from both independent businesses and global brands inside.

Yes! Every month, you will receive a box with items that differ from those received in the previous months.
To ensure you're getting excellent value for money & the best variety we do not repeat products inside a Lemonade Box. If a popular item is repeated, we make sure to select a different scent or benefit to continue introducing you to new things.
The 'Lemonade Box Deluxe' contains a generous selection of 5-6 products each month.
Every Deluxe box is guaranteed to be worth a minimum of £60.00 & it offers the best variety & value for money of all our plans.
The 'Lemonade Box Mini' is a monthly subscription that contains a selection of 3 items from the current
months 'Lemonade Box Deluxe'. It is perfect for those on a tighter budget or people looking for a smaller (but still super exciting) monthly treat.
Both boxes contain a mixture of full-sized and travel sized products.
Yes! You can swap your subscriptions over at any time by logging into your account and changing to the Lemonade Box Deluxe.
To do this, edit your active subscription under the 'Your subscriptions' menu in your account.
From here, click the product you have active then select 'swap product'. Please be sure to do this before the 27th of the month if you would like to do it in time for your next renewal.
For example, if you want to receive a Deluxe box in June, please swap your plan over by the 27th of May.

To ensure you get your first box as soon as possible, it will be dispatched within 2 working
days of your order (unless you ordered during a pre-order).
If you ordered during a pre-order (between the 25th & the 10th), boxes will be dispatched on or before the 11th of every month following your payment.
For the remainder of your plan, we aim to always ship boxes on or before the 11th of the month.
To ensure you receive your box as soon as possible, the payment for your first box will be taken as soon as you place your order.
For the remainder of your plan, recurring payments will be taken on the 28th of every month.
As we want to make sure your boxes get to you on time, the date of monthly payments cannot be
If one of your payments fail on the 28th of the month, don't worry! Your payment will be attempted 6 more times following this date, before your subscription automatically expires. During this time, your box is reserved and you will receive email notifications letting you know your subscription status.
Alternatively, if your payment failed because your card has expired or you need to change the card you use, simply log in to your account, click 'manage subscriptions' and select 'payment methods' from the menu across the top of the screen.
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling.
Please note - this must be done before the 27th of the month if you do not want your subscription to renew further.
If you are subscribed to a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, you cannot cancel your plan half way through for a refund but you can cancel to avoid the plan renewing further once your current term ends.
You can cancel by logging into your account and clicking 'manage subscriptions'.
Occasionally, you may receive a delicate product which could get damaged on its way to you. If this is the case, please feel free to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item for our records and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
